My husband and I used Phil Ruce's estate planning services for drafting our wills and a couple trusts. Phil was fantastic to work with! I had shopped around a little before choosing Phil. Phil gave us a free initial consultation and up-front pricing for the options, which I wasn't able to get from other lawyers that I was considering. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure at all, and the meetings were informative and comfortable. The whole process was smooth and he met the timeline originally agreed upon. I highly recommend him!

We had come into this process of getting our Estate Plans documented with little knowledge and Phil was recommended by our Great Waters Financial Office. We had an initial visit and Phil went over everything to ensure we could make the right decision on what our plan needed to be. No pressure at all. We moved forward and as we continued through the process, Phil was very flexible and understanding as we had many questions and concerns. We completed our Estate Plan with just a few visits and it was a very relaxed environment throughout. I would highly recommend Phil for your Estate Planning. He does an excellent job and even answers all those dumb questions! :)
