I’m so glad I found Phil Ruce and highly recommend him. I recently moved to the Twin Cities area from another state and needed an attorney to do a restatement of my current trust to conform to Minnesota law. I wanted a professional who: is very knowledgeable about trusts, (i.e. lots of trust experience, and whose practice is currently primarily trust work), who would be responsive and communicate timely with me, who would allow me to review the draft before expecting me to sign off on the finished product (apparently this is not a common practice here, which really surprised me), and who was willing to answer all my questions.
