My experience with Tarshish Cody, PLC has been positive and professional in every way. Each attorney and staff person that I interacted with was a pleasure to work with and were always focused on ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and dealt with to my satisfaction. I plan to continue to use them for legal advice and representation in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them to family, friends and business associates.

While I feel that I was pressured to accept a plea agreement rather than go to trial, I feel that they did an adequate job in representing me.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM!!! I Scheduled a 4 hour mediation session with Lori Brandon. We agreed on a amount of $500.00 each for the four hours. It took the entire 4 hours that I paid for. A month and a half later I received a invoice for another $400. When I called to ask about the invoice, I was transferred to the Lori's supervisor Scott. He told me it was for 2 1/2 hours to write the summery for the mediation and a half hour to email it to me. I was never told about the additional charge for the summery or the emails. We were both charged almost double than the amount agreed upon. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional and unethical. I would never trust or hire this law firm again. I would NOT have given them one star, but it is required to post this review.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben Tarshish. He knows how to listen to his clients and give the proper advice. He has a very professional demeanor and a great environment. He really cares and advocates like no one I've ever seen. I would highly highly suggest using his services.

Having to go back and battle with post divorce matters is not fun for anyone. Adam was quick to return my initial request for help. Though the divorce matters continue to still be an issue, Adam is very polite, professional and more importantly supportive when I phone/email with a question.

Avoid this firm at all costs. The lawyers here have no idea what they're doing. I was married to an abusive woman who accused me of being an alcoholic who "threatened to kill her." In spite of the evidence proving my innocence, including video evidence contradicticting her claims in this regard, and the domestic charge being dropped as a result, I had to cop to a disorderly for being mouthy with the police, yet all my paperwork states "Disorderly *linked to* a domestic charge," even though my ignorant criminal lawyer (Adam Goldfine) denies this is the case. My divorce lawyer (Adam Galili) seemed not to know what he was doing from the onset, and I should have just fired him after the first hearing. My ex wife's lawyer easily bested him in every regard and my daughter lost her father, along with her entire extended family (grandparents, aunt, cousins, etc.) for a year and a half while my lawyer did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. At the beginning of the divorce, my ex's lawyer actually quipped, "This is going to be easy. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing." And she was spot-on right. In spite of my lawyer assuring me the court wouldn't make it impossible to live and support myself my wages were garnished, taking a thousand dollars a month from me for support, and I lost my house along with over half my retirement funds, after my lawyer assured me he could save my retirement. If you're looking to lose everything, then certainly hire someone at Tarshish & Cody. They are more than willing to put you in debt while you gain nothing from their services. My ex wife did everything wrong and I did everything right, but I lost big because she hired a good, aggressive lawyer and I went with Tarshish & Cody. I've since talked to other lawyers who are horrified by the supreme incompetence I encountered with this firm. Do yourself a favor and hire a firm with intelligent, knowledgeable lawyers interested in actually winning. You won't find that here. Unfortunately, I cannot make a negative five star review. It really doesn't matter what your legal woes happen to be, the lawyers at Tarshish & Cody will be easily outmatched. The laywers of Tarshish and Cody do not have your best interests in mind, only their own. You can do much, much better. Unfortunately, I paid much more money for a knowledgeable lawyer to undo all the damage done by Tarshish and Cody. I now have fifty percent custody of my daughter, something Tarshish and Cody could not provide. I found someone better and more knowledgeable to provide a winning strategy. You ought to do the same.

Adam Galili is the 3rd attorney I have hired to get my on going divorce of over three years finished. Adam has been a very good listener, communicates to me what he is doing and why he is doing it, returns emails and phone calls in a timely fashion, he has been on time to court proceedings, and he is working aggressively to correct all of the wrongs that have been done in my case the best that he can. Adam is fighting for me, on my side and I feel that he does care about doing all that he can for me. Adam always makes me feel important. If Adam isn't available, I can always talk to his assistant Caitlin who has always been very helpful and does above and beyond as well. I have been very impressed with Adam, Caitlin and I am very glad that I hired this firm to help me. I wish that I would have hired Adam sooner!
