They took care of all the stress so that I could focus on recovery. I was hit head on back in 2022, and I was referred to Rachel. She took my call late at night and walked me through the entire process. She took the time to explain what she was going to do and how she was going to make the process as painless as possible. Fast forward 1.5 years later and she and her team did EXACTLY that. Everything played out as she had said it would. They handled all communications with the billing departments of all of the hospitals, clinics, rehab, and other medical professionals. All of the accounts were either paid directly from her firm or put in a hold status until my case was settled. There was constant, clear communication and I never felt out of the loop. In the end, I believe I received a fair settlement and am very glad went with Rachel. I highly recommend her and her team if you have been in any accident.
