Getting a letter from the IRS, threw me into a tailspin. I thought that I could just send them the requested information and the problem would go away. Joe was able to clearly explain my situation, reviewing our best plan going forward. With me being from out-of-state, most of our correspondence was by email. His professionalism made all the difference.
