Rich was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. He and his team handled all of the communication with the insurance companies, so I could focus on getting better after my car accident. I was hit by a drunk driver a couple of years back and was speaking to a friend of mine who is a defense attorney and I asked his advice on what I should do in regards to the accident and he said hands-down I needed to call TSR and speak with Steve Terry. He told me not to speak to the insurance company that tried to get me to settle at the end of one conversation. Fortunately for me, I was having a conversation with TSR directly after the conversation I had with the insurance company. The next day I met with Steve at a local coffee shop and he explain to me how they approach things like this and we figured out that the insurance company would’ve offered me roughly 25% of what they could have because all they want to do is wave a number in front of you in the beginning to get you to go away cheap. After having my conversation with TSR, he explained to me that getting over a severe accident is not just about the money. Due to his experience in the Twin Cities, he has built numerous relationships with doctors, neurologist, chiropractic professionals, imaging companies, etc. As a result I was able to see a number of these professionals while they deferred payment until I receive the settlement check from the other party. Having Steve Terry and his TSR team behind me assured me that I was getting the best care both medically and legally.
