Rich Ruohonen and TSR staff provided tremendous representation and service for me over a 2 year period. Constant communication from Rich and his office. Very easily accessible at all times, prompt, thorough. Rich took the time to keep me informed on the status of my case, what had been done and what to expect. Rich was a support for me from start to finish, often times providing me with suggestions when I had questions regarding options my doctors had provided. Rich was always clear and direct but not pushy, never making me feel uncomfortable in any way. I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury as well as chronic severe pain from an auto accident. TSR staff completely took the legal responsibilities as well as the need to deal with insurance and medical provider billing off of my plate. For someone with a brain injury, handling those responsibilities is a burden that is not possible. I could not have gotten through this without Rich and TSR. My quality of life has been changed for the worse permanently and significantly. The care, concern and time that Rich put in to my case allowed me to get the maximum financial benefit from insurance. The accident and injuries I sustained took away many things from my life and that of my family. The services from Rich and TSR have allowed my family and I to fill some of the huge gaps in our lives that my injuries have created. From beginning to end, it was clear to me that Rich cared about my well-being and doing all he could to help me maintain the best quality of life possible. He brought a sense of relief confidence to me that I can not fully explain. I will forever be truly greatful for Rich and all he did for my family and I.

They know nothing of insurance 101 and undermine them, all they have is there own financial gains in mind not yours. This company will fail you....stay away!

My experience with Steve Terry and firm found them to be- Responsive, Easy to reach, Easy to talk too, Honest, Caring, Results oriented. I highly recommend anyone needing a personal injury attorney to call Steve Terry. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of only 5.

The worst law firm ever. Steve Terry lied to us constantly and caught him in his own lies. Terrible group, I guess that's why they need to put so many ads out they can't keep their existing clients.

Steve Terry couldn't have been more concerned with my husband's case. Chuck Slane is a wonderful attorney and worth every penny! I was rear ended by a person on their cell phone while at a stop light. She never saw me and slammed right into me. I called Chuck Slane at TSR and never once did I have to worry about a thing. He or his staff were ALWAYS there if I had a question. I was able to be treated till I had fully recovered. All of my medical bills were paid and I was compensated for my lost wages! I highly recommend them to anyone who may have been injured in an accident.
