What a disappointment this firm is. Extremely expensive and yet incompetent in their services. Couldn't keep names correct in correspondence, emailed other clients client's personal info to me, gave me the opponent's laywer's phone number to ask questions that LH couldn't answer, made lots s of promises during initial one hour "free" session which they never kept.

My name is Esther Moniba. I was involved in a vehicle accident on 3/11/2019 at about 2:30pm. I was on my way to work when, all of the sudden, a vehicle on my right side, that did not yield to the traffic sign, suddenly ran into my car. After the accident, I suffered a very bad concussion and had to pay many visits to the doctors. The accident caused me to lost many hours from work. Thanks to my primary doctor who sent me to the national dizziness center for treatment, the doctor at the national dizziness center evaluated me and then referred me to the PDR. At the PDR, everything was identified and treated. Can’t really record everything now but it was very bad. I did not know what to do so I contacted TSR from their business card that I had on my refrigerator and I was Lucky to get one of their agents called Erik. He effectively worked with me and the process went very well. Thanks Erik valuing your work and providing me your services.

The people here are courteous and they know their stuff! The parking was a bit confusing though.
