90% of what your read is right on with Sue. I replayed her words in my head for weeks after. I made sure she know what I thought when I walked out of court. I looked out the 2nd floor window of the Mpls court house. I saw an old woman pulling her black bag down the sidewalk and thought, how can she sleep. Had 3 different attorneys in one yrs work on my case. All 3 quit. 3 mediations, At one, we sat downtown St Paul for 2 hours, nothing was done. I have now found out a 500K life Ins policy, 400k spent on a gf, and more was never discovered. Can't afford anyone to get my unpaid settlement. Everyone she has work on your case is a friend, They all give each other Business. Monica was the only person in the office that had my back and stayed on my case. We lost Monica to cancer. What a fighter! Look a her Law office now. Down to 1 attorney and the worst PL. I had my forensic accountant tell me in the settlement meeting, I should get a 10,000 refund. 75 characters is not enough. Drive as fare away from 494+394 as possible. Beside my marriage, M Sue Law is the worst decision of my life.

Just in it for the money. Won't settle unless it benefits her financially. Do not use!! You've been warned.

Sue was my lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! My experience was horrific. They delay all process as much as possible and file unnecessary paperwork then charge you insane amount of money. Not only that, it was so hard to speak with one of their attorney. No communication what so ever. Be aware, their admin sounds very friendly and prompt but he has no power. When you realize how the firm charge you while they use this guy as communicator with you, you are totally screwed. I will file malpractice and report this firm and Mary. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Unless you have money to loose couple hindered thousands for ordinary divorce case.

I believe that Sue Wilson is more about making money than getting results. I would show up with my lawyer. She would show up with my spouse, another two junior partners, and sometimes a consultant. She would then negotiate for things not supported by Minnesota Law. Thus, when we finally got in front of a judge, they threw out almost all of her demands. My spouse was charged exorbitant fees and got very little in return. The process was excruciating, adversarial, and unnecessarily long. We all lost with an insanely expensive divorce because of Ms. Wilson's involvement.

AFTER TELLING ME HOW GREAT SHE IS AND KILLING MY FORMER ATTORNEY AND THE OPPOSING COUNSEL ALL SHE DID WAS TELL WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO, BUT NEVER ONCE FOLLOWED THROUGH. ALL SHE CARES ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY. BOTH OF MY SISTERS ARE LAWYERS AND THEY WERE APPALLED AT HER UNPROFESSIONALISM. HIRED HER FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND IT COST ME ABOUT $10,000.00. ALL TALK AND NO ACTION; STAY AWAY FROM HER!

Very knowledgeable in my intake. She made me feel comfortable and confirmed my decision to seek counsel.

Beware of this lawyer. I used her during my divorce and cannot truthfully say many good things. She never communicated with me and handed my concerns down to an assistant. This seems strange but she seemed to be working for the "other side" Her main concern and direct communication was making sure I paid her exorbitant fees promptly and now this will take decades to recover financial losses that would be covering my child's day to day activities.

I highly recommend that you record M. Sue Wilson each and every time you meet or speak with her. I did that and proved that she is nothing more than a boldfaced liar. It's simply astounding.... Seriously. She intentionally alleviates court intervention solely for the purpose to jack up her fees, based upon my personal experience.

In my experience M S Wilson Prioritizes generating fees. She is extremely expensive due to the way in which she staffs cases and the large numbers of hours billed, that don't seem commensurate with her advertised experience. She also didn't pursue legal paths available to her that could have significantly shortened the case (generating fewer fees), which paths if successfully followed would have also provided more finality and less on-going problems. After my experience, I asked around and was told M Sue Wilson is known for excessive fees, and being aggressive about collecting those fees.

I am currently involved in a divorce case that will soon be done. Sue and her team have been phenomenal to work with and have had a great strategy the entire time. The firm does not over charge and is very knowledgeable about what to do. I highly recommend this firm!!
