I have been an Enrolled Agent ( a professional designation granted by the IRS) for over 28 years. My work has involved some estate issues and many "creditor" (ie. the IRS) issues. In a one hour webinar Charles Roulet explained and discussed many ways of structuring the transfer of estate assets through designation of beneficiaries and trusts. His explanation of planning opportunities available to clients was excellent. I wish he practiced law in Georgia so that I could refer clients to him !

I recently attended a webinar that Chuck did regarding estate planning. Even though I'm a CPA and thought I had a pretty good handle on this area I was amazed to learn how little I really knew. Chuck was able to distill a rather complex topic into a simple, easy to understand presentation, which I could used to educate my clients on the basics of estate planning. It's very clear that he really knows this topic and that he cares about ensuring his clients receive that best legal counsel.
