I highly recommend Field's Law Firm!!! Back story: I had worked at the same facility for *25* years. Over those years I had paid over $40,000 to a Long Term/Short Term Disability insurance program through my workplace. When I became ill in November of 2021 with Covid, it became clear I wasn't recovering like others had been. Months later I was diagnosed with Long Covid. This left me with many serious symptoms that were so problematic, I was unable to return to work. I had contacted my disability provider who had me send all of my doctor's notes to them which included my primary care provider, pulmonologist, neurologist, the time I spent receiving pulmonary/cardiac rehabilitation etc. ALL of which agreed that I had a disability, had recurring symptoms and was unable to perform the duties of my previous job in the condition I was in . After months of back and forth doing everything that was asked of me, I was issued a letter of denial. I was confused . I was angry. I was scared. I was sick. I couldn't pay my bills. How could a company that had taken money out of my check *weekly* for *25 years* callously deny me?!?!!! I thought this was what paying for disability insurance was for!!! I knew I needed help. I found Field's Law Firm online and called them to help me navigate an appeal. I hoped for the best. Immediately they gathered my information. They worked tirelessly on my case and, in time, ultimately won. My appeal was granted!!! My denial judgement was reversed! The disability provider had to pay *RETROACTIVELY* from November 2021 through February 2023!! I am now receiving a monthly payment that I can survive on. I am still sick, but I know if the disability provider gives me a hard time in the future, I will be contacting Field's Law Firm for help!!!
