Gloria was so awesome. I used to consider myself intelligent. However, due to circumstances I will not go into here, my ability to speak what I mean and understand what others are saying is super delayed. It feels like speaking a different language. Because of this, phone conversations have been very challenging. Gloria explained things, sometimes over and over until the process was clear. She spoke in terms I could understand.
