Fields Law Firm took on my disability insurance case. They were very knowledgeable in ERISA Laws and it was comforting to me knowing they were there for me. My attorney, Blake Bauer informed me along the whole lengthy process and were clear on how these insurance company policies are protected by the government ERISA laws. Despite the insurance protections, Mr. Bauer was able to negotiate with the insurance company and come to a conclusion with a settlement despite the protections afforded to the insurance company by the government. I highly recommend the Fields Law Firm for all your disputes concerning your disability. They will stand beside their clients!

Well I don’t know why I can’t seem to get responses back in a “respectful client compassionate way” from Aliya the paralegal for Annie Surbaugh. I send email after email without responses by email back or phone calls. Then my last email 11/18/2022 to Annie Surbaugh comes back that she is out of the office until 11/28/2022. Now I must wait 10 days more for a response back because apparently Aliya Larson(paralegal) is out too?? Seriously a law firm can close for 10 days no warning to clients by email who are waiting for responses? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be happy when I am done with this firm!

They are a very professional organization. They handled my mortgage false reporting of delinquencies in order to charge late fees. Fields Law Firm put a stop to it, sued the mortgage company and the credit reporting agencies. They each settled and were forced to pay. They keep current with communication and documents. Highly recommend them and I hope it doesn't happen again, but I will use them again if I feel taken advantage of. AAA rating.
