Having worked for the same employer after 26 years, I found myself in the most unexpected and terrible medical and financial circumstances I have ever faced in my career. I could not longer pay my monthly health insurance, much less my home mortgage after my disability insurance company denied me coverage after four months despite my medical records and doctor's documentation. I am so grateful to Fields Law Firm. Without my attorney, Chase Hedrick, and his paralegal, Nicole Nowicki, my case was submitted for appeal and I was finally able to receive the disability which I so rightfully deserved.
