Long term disability is so incredibly difficult to secure and more often then not does not pay out. Absolute corruption ripping of citizens of the US. Fields Law represented me and we finally reached a settlement. Without this team I would have received nothing. I would highly recommend them. My lawyer in particular was constantly in contact with me through the entire process. An excellent company and extremely competent lawyer. Thanks Jeff!

I contacted Fields Law Firm when I was injured at Work in 2019, Working for Living well with Dissability Services, as a DSP, ( Direct Support Professional) Who I loved working With but deeply regret taking the Job as they don't take care of their DSP Staff once there injured but thanks to the 3rd Lawyer Eric Swatz at Fields Law Firm, He finally brought a long term case to a close for me. I don't know what I would have done without Eric Swatz, He, not only a Lovely understang Man, he,s a Brilliant Lawyer on top , I would tell anyone to contact Eric if they need a Brilliant Lawyer! I want to share with others the great experience that I had with Fields Law Firm regarding my Long-term Disability claim through Prudential. I have to say that I was hesitant at first not knowing anything about a firm that was so far away, but I am so thankful that I did reach out to them. I had previously been denied the claim that I had submitted due to back, neck, spine issues that I have battled over 25 years and finally got to the point where I could no longer work at the job I had put almost 36 years into. At that time I knew I had to have an attorney. After reaching out to Fields, almost immediately, I was introduced to Jeff Schleeter, along with his paralegal Samantha. They took my case and ran with it! After about 4 1/2 months I received my back pay, with Prudential deeming me disabled. Fields is now representing me with further business and I have the utmost faith that between them and the Lord, a positive outcome will happen with this as well! They told me they cant help me after being denied for disability. Im applying for this because ive had crippling ptsd since i was shot in the head and they told me they cant help me until i get help for a TBI which im not even diagnosed with. Yet thats the hangup so now i have to get a tbi diagnosis and start treating it before they will help me get on disabilty so i can have money to treat my synptoms. Ridiculous woman was very rude despite me being really nice dont easte your time
