Great guy! had a recent hit and run accident because we thought my girl friend was going into labor he took the time out of his day to consult with me on the phone and give me well needed guidance.. Thank goodness I have not yet had to call on Attorney Balmer's services, but he is my attorney. As a freedom loving American who takes his rights seriously I am under no delusion about how precarious our legal freedoms are. I figure its only a matter of time before the long arm of government will come knocking at my door for one reason or another, and knowing I will be backed up by attorney David Balmer helps me sleep soundly at night. Having known Dave for years I can say that he is an absolute pit bull when it comes to making sure that a citizen's rights are not abused by an overzealous legal system often looking for statistics instead of what's really in the public's best interests. If I can't win an argument with Dave I can guarantee you the ADA prosecuting you won't stand a chance.
