Simply put Charles was one of the best people I could imagine working with when it came to needing legal help. He was courteous, professional, and well informed on the matter. He spent the time to help me understand what was going on and was patient with me through it all. He was willing to take the extra time to look into various other options and come to the table with as many resources available for me. He was timely with his responses and willing to be flexible when my schedule wouldn't allow communication.
