I am not one to leave a review, but I am very disappointed and shocked at the way Karen Bryan answered the phone. First I had to reschedule because their other meeting was prolonged to which i had to call back and ask to reschedule because no one said anything to me after I waited 30 minutes. Then at the new appointment time, she answered the call with an attitude, I asked her a question because I was confused and she responded with hostility and brought her receptionist/assistant in on the call still with an aggressive tone in a condescending manner. I told her that I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me and then she hung up before I could finish my sentence. The call lasted 1 minute. I just wanted a consult and I got hostility in response. Would not recommend.

Firstly if I could rate them a zero I would. We had a consult set up at 5 they called me asking me if we could do it a bit after 5 since they are backed up, I didn’t mind because I understood but they closed in 10 minutes and I still didn’t receive a call back. I called them instead to see if we needed to reschedule and the receptionist then transferred me to the attorney and right of the bat she had a attitude I explained to her that if we needed to reschedule or if we could still do the consult today and she just repeated herself like she didn’t just hear us. We explained to her our situation and she responded with the worst attitude ever like if I was annoying her for just asking. The phone call literally lasted 4 minutes. If they were so behind they should have let us know. I left early for work for this. I would not recommend honestly.
