I expected better service with a place that is supposed to be more professional. First off, I requested for a response back through email and get a phone call instead. Then they set up a scheduled phone call with me the following day and yet I get no phone call with the time scheduled. There’s been no response regarding the situation or even email back to me. As a professional setting I expect more training to be done to assure that the forms that are sent out are done properly to respond back and set schedule times be met or at least a follow up on why the scheduled was missed. This not only uses up the companies time, but also the consumers. This place has potential, but is greatly lacking on communication and time management skills to provide quality customer service.
