The secretary Kelly is un professional, think I spelled her name right. The short-haired brunette that has the 1st office to the right. Very Rude/disrespectful, She yelled at me & hung up the phone twice. I was calm and nice the whole time, I was just trying to figure out why it cost so much money to write a check? Seriously 🤣 they sent me a refund check for $100 to a address that I no longer lived at, funny thing is it should have been for $150 but she said it cost $50.00 per check they issue out on refunds. So I only get $100 back, But it took 3 months before they contacted me by phone to let me know about the check. So she had to re issue me another check that cost $50.00 to write out. So I drove to the office to pick up a $50.00 check, 😅🤣 So they literally charged me $100 to write out 2 checks then cancel them both because I was unaware of them being sent to me in the first place. 😂 wow? Really? Haha

Doug is an intelligent sensible lawyer who won’t make false promises to you . He’s very straightforward which makes the process much easier. He’s not a sleazy lying guy who will give you false hope.
