Misty was acceptable and performed as a lawyer. The reason for the negative review is their inability to return the funds they hold. I was told it would take up to 2 months and the business manager would call me. 2.5 months later I call again and am told that either Misty or the business manager would call me. 4 days later I call again because I haven't heard from them. I was told that the business manager is "looking into it" and that's why he hasn't called me. If you have options pass this place up. Choose somewhere that has competent staff that follow through.

Our family is forever grateful for the legal defense we received from Groshek Law and the expert doctors they have in their network! Our son was maliciously misdiagnosed with abusive head trauma, and we were subject to a Child Protection process that never should have been. Katie is a wonderful person, a strong lawyer, and we are so thankful for all of her help and support during this period of time. After our case was over, the expert doctors took the time to educate us on the medical side of our son's condition - something we did not get from the originating hospital that misdiagnosed our son. In summary, Christa and her team knew how to win our case after our first meeting and put our family back together that had been maliciously torn apart by a broken process. They had the right strategy from the very beginning and put together a team to help us win, while making us feel completely supported as parents. In fact, the defense Groshek Law provided was so strong that we never went to trial. Our records are clear, our son is healthy, and our family is now fully back together.
