Awful. No communication, No listening, they talk a big game to get you on board and that’s when it falls apart. By and large, they don’t care what the case is. They just want your money. Mary R was what nightmares are made of when it comes to attorneys. She had zero understanding, refused to communicate, charged me for doing nothing, and I’m unfortunately left with no other option to report not only to my Att Gen but also the Office of Prof Resp. Bill padding for doing nothing and horrible treatment with zero communication- I will not let this go, I will see this through. Not acceptable at all. The unprofessional actions of one attorney could end up being a messy situation for the entire firm. I wanted them to work with my original lawyer. They told him not to show up and then every time I asked why they didn't know anything about the case, Aaron would reply that that was expected because they came in halfway through. Funny they charged me the full amount for half a job.

Jessica Rugani stepped in at the 11th hour to cover and represent my teenage son’s case that had been ongoing for 2 years. She did a fantastic job getting to know us very quickly and connected with my son at a very personal level when it mattered the most. Nobody in the courtroom would have imagined we’d known her for such a short time. Professional is how she could easily be described but passionate above all and personable are what stand out to us the most!

She was going to represent me in a custody case in a situation where the mother of my child is living in a shelter and is dealing with undiagnosed mental issues. And I get it The clients she represent she gets them child support it's just how the system goes but I can't help but feel a little sold out granted she's talking child support and we haven't even made it to court. I told her to dismiss the whole thing and send me my money back I'm thinking I'll get about 4500 back of my $5,000 I got 3100 back these people charge $30 a phone call and $30 a email. All she did was type up a petition and I had a initial consultation. Greedy shiesty law firm. I told her a week prior I wanted out a week later she emailed me asking was I sure I messaged back Yes $30 each way unbelievable

I cannot express how amazing it was to work with Groshek Law. Jessica was the lead attorney on my case. She was unparalleled in her preparation, knowledge, and insight. Jessica L. Rugani used to be a prosecutor & now she’s a criminal defense lawyer scumbag of the highest order, talk about sell out, she will lie on behalf of you, if you are her client and she’ll lie to judicial judges and doesn’t care, how she passed the bar exam is beyond me, your law firm is disgusting for hiring this joke and a clown, deserves nothing but a demotion, not only is she bad and getting back to her clients but she’s willing to lie on their behalf, sad little woman. I guess that’s the kind of lawyers they hire at this firm. You’re an absolute disgrace Jessica to everything you stand for, no moral compass, how do you sleep at night knowing you used to send criminals to jail now you defend them? lol, you’re a clown. A face only a mother can love. 🤡 disgrace of a firm for hiring her.

The owner Christa Groshek knew the law and what she was doing and did a great job. HOWEVER, I had to waste my money on an assistant “attorney” there who wouldn’t respond to emails or phone calls unless I contacted Christa and who claimed to never be sent documents and communication from the foster agency or assessment agency which they were able to provide me proof of. Anna Tobia an assistant “attorney” there has no desire to fight for her clients and went 9 months with no contact with me. Do not use this agency unless you pay the big bucks and work with Christa, a powerful woman similar to Camille Vasquez, Johnny Depps attorney. Groshek law is missing out on a ton of money in a civil suit where a recording clearly shows my right to due process which consisted all of confirmation bias was missed 3 times, by an “attorney” there. Also, I had to explain my case to Anna EVERY time I contacted her as she had already forgot the details she could have used to her advantage. It also took her 3 months to write 1 letter. Only trust Christa! I am writing this review now because both a colleague and a Client asked why I hadn’t posted this important review.

My experience with Groshek Law doesn’t have very many positive moments. One of their attorneys was let go of in the middle of my case, another one got a different job while on my case, the last one cared just enough to get me through my divorce trial. They don’t listen to their clients well. It came across to me that they didn’t care very much about the outcome of what happened, they just wanted to push me through my divorce and collect my money. Which, they still have about 5k of. My case has been over for about two months and they still owe me the balance of my retainer. I would not recommend this law firm to anybody I cared about on any level.
