Marty is an amazing attorney. I can’t even describe how grateful I am to have such an amazing person lead me through such a trying time in my life. He was professional, available, communicative and explained the entire process to me as it happened. My ex husband was non responsive during the entire process and as frustrating as it was, Marty still was able to be the absolute best. I am so very lucky to have come across such a wonderful person and attorney, who has made a lasting impression on my life.

Caring.

I feel initially he was kind and helpful, but more agressive as the case went on and actually does a lot of unneccary work costing client a lot of money. Also doens't listen to his clients wishes costing additional fees. Found out when too far along in case that he is known for "working for himself" versus his client. Throws christianity into the loop claiming his stands are on christianity, but opposite of what we are called to do as christians, sorry but I would never recommend Mr Schutz but want to actually make people beware.
