Ed Matthews is a very knowledgeable, compassionate person who set up a Trust for our Family. After the recent death of my husband, Ed guided me through the difficult process of sorting out all the legal ramifications involved in settling an estate. Ed was very thorough in creating our Revocable Living Trust. The trust includes all the necessary documents and includes important information regarding funding of the trust, how it works, and how to administer it. It will prove to be a valuable resource. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain topics and answer all of our questions. We were very pleased and highly recommend Matthews Law Office.

When we received our documents from his office other peoples' names were printed on them. It was so obvious that they used a cookie cutter approach to our situation.
Also, when I called his office to tell him that we had moved out of state, he informed me that it would cost thousands (I recall $5000 perhaps) to discontinue the trust in Minnesota. We kept the trust but had it redone locally for $250.
I feel we were taken in by his slick marketing and recommend finding an alternate provider.
