Attorney—mr Ludescher—-is tops. He helped us draw our wills, fill out the advance directives, and he assisted us with estate planning

David Ludescher provided us with great service. Very responsive, sensitive to the delicate personal issues involved, and knowledgeable about our legal issues involving elder law and probate.

Mr. Ludescher was extremely helpful in my case. He was kind, reassuring, and did what he could to work with my financial situation. I would recommend for people going through a divorce that has experienced domestic violence as he works well with the dv advocacy agencies.

My ex used David Ludescher. Multiple times David brought things to court against me so unprepared that she paid my attorney fees as well. David made arguments that were very difficult to follow and hardly made any sense but he was super aggressive about going to court. Maybe that’s so he can run up court expenses so he can pad his wallet. Also do your research on this firm - they have a ton of cases where they sue their own past clients “Grundhoefer & Ludescher, P.A. vs..”

My Emplyee Assistance Plan gave me a referral to David and today was my 30 consultation. He had a couple if suggestions that might be helpful so that gave him 2 stars rather than 1. Beyond that, the message was pretty clear that what I thought would be helpful is an awful idea. As a grandparent, I have no rights. (I knew thus before I called but because MN law says I can ask for visitation I wanted to learn how to ask). I got the clear message from his response to my questions and information that not only am I'm a failure as a parent, my adult son is a failure and I'm also a failure as a grandmother. I don't expect I will always want to hear the truth, but I know there are kinder less judgmental ways of telling me.

Paid for representation for my girlfriend and Mr Robin finke was her attorney. Not only did I pay him cash in the amount of $5,000 and was told this would include the cost if the case was brought to trial which he lied and not only did he lie about the cost but then did absolutely nothing for her and sat each and everytime she had court and listened to the prosecutor run her threw the mud but when it came time for her trail he was late and than had no evidence to present and his excuse was because he thought she was going to settle. This law firm is just all around bad business for people who are fighting for their lives and dont have money to throw away. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM!!!

NEVER HIRE A LAWYER FROM THIS FIRM. Robin Finke was hired for a very important case. He lied to us when he spoke with us on the phone and said he was not a public defender (HE IS). He requested I pay him in cash at the court house. I payed him 5000 he said that was enough to cover the whole case. The day of the trial he did not file any paper work. He did not know anything about our case. He even sent his liaison to the trial because he was late. Recently his firm sued me for another $5000 this place is a SCAM. EVERY WEEK I GET A LETTER FROM THEM SAYING THEY ARE ADDING MORE CHARGES FOR LATE PAYMENT. I ALSO MOTICED THEY SOMEHOW DONT SHOW UP WHEN YOU SEARCH FOR LAWYERS IN NORTHFIELD AND ALSO THEY HAVE HAD ALL OF THERE REVIEWS DELETED. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!
