Carl was our mediator on a recent parenting time case. I represented the dad. Carl listened carefully, and presented both parties' positions carefully and insightfully. He accurately interpreted governing court documents and the law in general in a way that helped us reach a complete agreement, thus avoiding court and saving the parents thousands of dollars in added legal fees. I will not hesitate to propose Carl as mediator on my future cases.
