Great communication! By utilizing a tool (either online or in paper form) to facilitate good discussions for myself and my family, the estate planning was effortless. The various forms, especially the health care directive and will, were explained in easy to understand language. I felt cared for by support staff and Jennifer. Thank you for making this an "easy to check off my list" project!

We engaged Mortel Law to build an estate plan for us comprising a will, two (or more) trusts, two separate Powers of Attorney documents, and two Health Care Directive plans. Over the course of a 3 month period we worked with Mortel Law in determining our overall direction, and provided them with a great deal of personal financial information and personal values information. Before we completed the estate planning process (and to be fair, before we had paid any money), Mortel Law dropped us as a client via email. They indicated that they were now too busy to have us as a client. As a result, we have lost several months in our estate planning process and have to find a new estate planning attorney. It would have been appreciated if Mortel Law could have called us and had a discussion regarding their situation to see if some agreement could be reached for continued representation, but Mortel Law chose instead to “break up” via email.

Jennifer was professional and was always well prepared. We felt confident in dealing with her and her people. We have recommended her to our friends.
