I have used Mortel Law (Jennifer) three times now and I keep going back to her because I get such good service, meaning that she knows her area of law very well and can answer any question I have. My documents were prepared professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend Mortel Law for any family law matter. Her Paralegal, Alissa, is very helpful as well, and so pleasant to work with. And, when I next need these kinds of services, Mortel Law in Oakdale is where I’ll go back to.

Thinking about one's mortality can be difficult, but Jennifer made the process of establishing plans for the inevitable so easy.
She took time to give sensible options and answer all of our questions, and we always felt like our case was important to her. Having an attorney who understands the law well enough to explain it in laymen's terms is so helpful!

Received a response to my email inquiring about services the same day. Appreciated the coordination and explanation of legal assistance needed. Consult was so helpful on two very important matters. Once retained paperwork was received promptly and meetings set up according to our comfort level and need via Zoom and then in person to sign documents. Very respectful and professional.

Ms Mortel was very helpful to me and my husband in putting our estate plans together. She is detail oriented, and easy to work with. She met with us several times via zoom and teleconference during COVID-19 to discuss the details of our estate plans. The signing at her office went smoothly because of all the work that was put into the case up to that point.
