Very professional, formal probate moving along nicely

Excellent experience with Krenner Law. Very professional. Listened to my wants and needs, asked questions for clarifications and to make sure I understood what my rights were as well as what I was agreeing to, represented me well. They were very good at keeping me informed of the process and next steps. I never felt like they were taking advantage or charging me unnecessarily. I would definitely recommend for any family law/divorce services.

Eileen and her team were great to work with. Obviously it's a very stressful time going through a divorce, but she made me feel as comfortable as possible. Eileen answered all of my questions quickly and effectively. Her demeanor set me at ease and everything was taken care of. I'd highly recommend Krenner Law if the need arises.

My husband and I used Jennifer for our estate planning work. We had never done it before so the entire process was new to us. It happened during the beginning of the pandemic, so everything was virtual (until we needed to actually sign everything). We have a few meetings virtually (2 or 3) and she sent us a questionnaire to fill out ahead of time, as well as documents as she worked on them. She worked hard to align everything with what we asked for and to our situation and clarified things well for us. She honestly made this seemingly big task very easy! To do it all (mostly) virtual made scheduling it WAY easier (both my husband and I work outside the home and we have small kids). Highly recommend!

We went to Mortel Law on the referral of a friend to get our wills and other estate planning documents prepared. Jennifer and her staff were fantastic. They were responsive and accommodating to our busy schedules. Jennifer took the time to explain everything that was going into these documents and made sure they reflected our wishes. We will definitely be recommending Mortel Law to family and friends.

I would highly recommend this company. I had a Will put together and the services were very professional. All services were explained in detail and communication was excellent. Jennifer clarified all points via a phone conversation once the Will was drafted, and was very thorough in going over the details at the signing. Due to Covid, Mortel Law put precautions in place and completed the services via email, phone conversation and signing outside (table set up at the business).

I just want to say that Mortel Law is the best service I have ever had. They were so polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with them. I had no problem with the Estate closing and the sale of the house.I was so pleased on how it was handled. I have no problem with recomending Mortel Law,They are great people

I would completely recommend Eileen for any legal representation that you would need. Eileen represented me for a divorce. She was without a doubt knowledgeable and professional. In our first meeting she laid it all out what I would be looking at for cost and probable outcome. She explained everything clearly along the way. She gave me the opportunity to do leg work on things I could to help keep the administrative costs down. When we had to go to court because my now x-husband did not want to work things out with mediation she showed up prepared and ready, un like his lawyer. Eileen dances circles around him and it showed when it came time to present to the judge. I want to thank her for all she did, the outcome was what it should have been all within the laws of the state, which she knew inside and out. I remember her saying to me at our first meeting, your job is to deal with your emotional feels and you’re going to have many of them, my job is to deal with the legal part of your divorce, and that she did.
