Received a phone call from Michael at 10:30 pm at night threatening me and telling me I am an idiot. I happen to have this call on speaker phone and my 9 year old daughter sat there listening to him tell me I am a class act and he will see me in court and I am an idiot. I am posting a screen shot of his earlier threatening letter and the incoming call. The fact that I can show that he called me at 10:23 pm on a Friday night to call me an idiot in front of my daughter should be enough to show what kind of firm this is. Then he texts me at 10:44 pm where in the world do these guys come from? Despite being told countless times that he is not to contact me he still does. I suppose between the 2 of them they have 1 client to handle so have much time on their hands. The interesting part is that this appears to be retaliation for filing a complaint with a hospital regarding HIPPA violations. The same hospital where the complaint was filed happens to be staffed by Cedar Valley Medical Specialists which is ran by Gil Irey, one of the reviews found on this website. More supporting photographs have been provided to this review. Plus you can also clearly see that this letter lists more than just the Doctor. Michael Schwartz is admitted Pro Hac Vice so he is not authorized to practice law in Iowa without permission of the court. It means he has not passed the Iowa Bar test to be admitted to practice in the State of Iowa.
