Don’t walk… run from this lawyer. He is Bias, doesn’t follow through with ensuring court orders were fulfilled, involves his personal experience with his ex wife into all “your situations” such as the other party forcing your child to call the new girlfriend “mommy” and responds with “well I had to deal with my son Andrew calling my ex’s new husband Mark dad”. He will allow drinking when individual is court ordered to be sober, will not validate a women even if she has full proof. He will set you up to help the individual he favors (the man), he will stick his nose into orders of protection cases that don’t involve him one bit, but with him being the bias individual that he is will write a letter to the courts (doesn’t matter how much proof you have either) about how great this abusive individual is! Proceed with caution, if I could heed warning to anyone it’s to find a different mediator, lawyer, firm!
