Elizabeth explained the entire process of creating a trust thoroughly. She listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions completely. She covered all the legal details in a way that was understandable. She went over every aspect of a trust to make it easier to carry out my wishes. My phone calls were answered promptly and my meetings were on time. My paperwork was ready when it was promised. I've already referred Neyens Law to several people!

This firm was recommended to me by a friend back east. Elizabeth was patient with my wife and I. She explained what we needed to understand about creating our Trust and Wills. We have a teengage daughter and little contact with our extended family so we had come up with a plan that one of our friends would take her if something came up. I'd recommend making an appointment and talk with Elizabeth, she's great.

We contacted Neyens Law to determine whether or not we should have a simple will or a Living Trust. We learned a lot about both and went the trust route. The process was not as complicated as we originally expected and received personalized 1:1 guidance. The finished product is quite extensive and thorough and we feel well worth the cost. We are far more confident now that we know our estate will be handled exactly as we want. We would highly recommend Neyens Law for your estate planning.

The staff here, especially Ms. Neyens, is extremely professional. It's hard to deal with the subject of what happens to all of your things when you are no longer here. Elizabeth was beyond helpful with everything I needed. She went above and beyond my expectations, was very thorough, and took every challenge that came up in my case as a learning experience.
