At first glance the esteemed Mr Richard Leroy presents as a "down to earth" man of the people. But on further inspection, I have come to realize that he tells clients what they want to hear, then after payment, refuses to actually work for the money he so lavishly gained from his own ill-gotten ways. He neither has been destitute nor had to work a day in his life so his narcissistic views are completely lost on his potential clientel. If you want justice, seek it elsewhere. Run don't walk away from his establishment.

Rick was awesome to work with. He is a good listener and shows passion for those who are less fortunate. He understands both sides of the criminal justice system and took the time to explain things that I didn’t understand. He is a great negotiator, and fought very hard to win my case. I had gotten caught speeding at 105 in a 70 at age 16 and while Rick helped me with that I got a curfew ticket while trespassing which Which made it more difficult. But in the end I got to keep my license with only a 200$ fine for all of it. One thing I really liked about having Rick’s help was that he was always truthful about the possible outcomes, He never told me he could do something he couldn’t. So that made me very happy. What a amazing guy and even better lawyer! When I was arrested and thrown in jail I was in utter Despair. I was facing a hefty felony charge with guaranteed jail time. I was so scared. My life was over. I knew I had to get a lawyer but not just anyone. I didn’t want to be one in many cases that the defense lawyers were dealing with. My mom had recommended him from a previous legal situation that she had been in that he helped her with. When I met up with him for the first time I was instantly comfortable and reassured that he had my back and that everything was going to work out , and well it did! My felony charge was dropped and I have no jail time !!! I couldn’t be more pleased and great full. I wouldn’t recommend any other lawyer!

When it came to hiring an attorney, I was most concerned with finding someone that was results-oriented, responsive, and had good follow-through. Luckily, we found Rick, who espoused all of these qualities. I'm happy to say that our experience with Rick Leroy was overwhelmingly positive, as he not only achieved a positive outcome for our case, but was responsive, respectful and helpful throughout the process. Our result was not guaranteed, but we couldn't have hoped to have achieved a better outcome to our case and consider Rick's experience to have been the determining factor. My family hired Mr. Leroy after I was arrested at a protest against a Trump rally and charged with 3rd degree rioting and two felonies for allegedly injuring a cop and macing a crowd of Trump supporters (which I didn't do). Mr. Leroy offered a flat fee that he promised would be same whether or not the case went to trial (which obviously would have meant a lot more work for him). In the end, we avoided having to go to trial because he was able to arrange an acceptable plea deal for me. Throughout, Mr. Leroy was very professional in his communication, often answering text messages within the half hour and doing tasks promptly. We got the result that we were hoping for, pretty much, and I can feel confident recommending Mr. Leroy to other people facing criminal charges.

I have consulted him on a legal issue and he was sympathetic, knowledgeable and let me know my options. In the end he was right it didn't go to the place where charges were pending, it was over before it started.

I hired Richard LeRoy for my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd DUI. He represented me with the best I could ask for. I only served a total of 60 days and $300 in fines. I would and have highly recommend him to represent anyone I know. He is the best Lawyer around. On top of that he cares about his clients and was there for me to help me when I needed someone. He was even there at the hospital when I went to get help with my mental health.

Rick was very friendly, he talked me threw every step of my case before and after. He has helped me with parking tickets and speeding tickets. He was able to negotiate lower payments and was able to keep them off my driving record.
