Mr. (Daryl) Bail is a joke. Hiring him means you're overpaying for legal services and there are plenty of other better lawyers in the area that cost THOUSANDS less. No sense of ethics whatsoever. He's openly disclosed to other people the amounts of money he has drained from his clients. Client confidentiality means nothing to this guy. I totally get why he's not a named partner at PHB. He'd ruin the firm's reputation. When looking for a law firm to represent you I suggest looking anywhere else.

I was very pleased how everything turned out to be. I’m not going to lie, I was very nervous and scared for the worst and thought that I didn’t have a chance. But with the help with my lawyer and the whole team from Patton Hoversten And Berg this wouldn’t be possible. I had to appear in court for speeding. I hired this firm, and my case was assigned to Joe Heinrichs. Mr. Heinrichs was knowledgeable, professional, and effective. I believe Mr. Heinrichs secured the best possible outcome for me. I would recommend this firm, and especially Mr. Heinrichs to anyone in a heartbeat. I even thought the fee was reasonable.

Their website made me fill.out my name and number and had me fill out a reason why I'm contacting them. So I did that a week ago and no response..

He only cares about your money. Every negative review is spot on! Lies upon lies upon lies. He does not care about your case whatsoever only that you line his dirty greedy pockets with money! You should be ashamed of yourself. Judgment day comes for us all! Then you can answer for the lies and damage you have done.

I worked with Daryl Bail when I started my small business a few years ago. Daryl is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, respectful, kind, and wonderful to work with. He truly knows his profession well, works hard to help people, and is an honest, upright individual who gives wise advise. The work that he did for me to help me draft my contract, consider legal implications of my decisions while starting my business, and be aware of things to consider doing & not doing has resonated positively & truly throughout the years to provide me a wonderful opportunity to serve people well in my profession.
