Whoever the lady was that I talked to was rude and entitled. While we did kind of resolve the issue, not at any time did I feel like I was being respected. I can't wait till this debt is paid. After how I was treated, I feel like absolute dirt, and never want to talk to that lady again.

Aggressive on their outreach, but antiquated in the way they collect. What do you mean your system doesn’t accept debit cards? It’s 2022 get with the program. 0/5 stars. Customer service is hit or miss. Set up a payment program with them and pray they’re all on the same page. Get told your date is this day then someone else says it’s another.

Called today because I got a letter from when I submitted my exemption paperwork and the lady was RUDE AS HECK… I had no idea they were trying to garnish a Wells Fargo account that I don’t even have lol and then she got upset with me for asking what bank account they were trying to garnish. So this place is garnishing someone else’s bank account I guess, because I haven’t used Wells Fargo for well over 10 years!
