Great work! They wrote up a thorough and compelling EB2 NIW petition which got approved without an RFE. The only thing I thought they could have done better is improve on the 5 months it took them to prepare and file my petition. The longest I held up the process was 2 weeks, when I gathered and uploaded my documents. Otherwise I responded to all emails within 48 hours (including making payments). I expected the process to take about 3 months but I also understood it is better to take time and prepare a solid case so I didn't fret much over this. Overall, the service was good, they kept in touch, provided timely updates, and filed a case which ultimately got approved so 5 stars.
