Webber Law helped me get my H1B and eventually my Green Card.They were recommended to us by my boss's friend who is an immigration lawyer. Webber law firm was recommended to me by my friend, who is also an immigration attorney. She researched attorney’s forums to find experts in applying for green card for scientists. I’m a postdoctoral fellow in neuroscience and my scientific record was not that outstanding. Moreover my university did not support my green card application and I had less than 1.5 years left on my H1B visa. That’s why I needed a professional who could prove my exceptional ability in science. I got a free consultation and a very reasonable quote from Robert Webber via email suggesting to file EB2-NIW self-petition for my case. Webber law firm and Robert Webber in particular exceeded my expectations. The petitioner letter as well as drafts of recommendation letters were written with deep understanding of what I’m doing and how my work is important for the national interest of US. All our communication with the Webber law firm was through email and file sharing, the responses were prompt, clear and straight forward. The whole process from the very start to filing of I-140 took 4 months. Robert was sure I had a very strong case and he convinced me to file I-485 concurrently. Indeed, I got my I-140 approved in 6 month with no RFE and I-485 got approved a month after! The whole process was smooth, fast and hassle free. I highly recommend this law firm!

The things I appreciated were: 1. Prompt response: I almost always received a response from them within in 30 minutes, if not immediately, whenever I contact them. 2. Experienced: One of the challenges in the immigration process is that you never know the exact timeline of what's happening. They had a good estimate of timing (i.e. I have received the notices right when they estimated when I would.), which gave me a great peace of mind. 3. Excellence: My case was not too straight forward, but they made it work! All in all, I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a good immigration lawyer. We have been working with Bob since 2008. After we got married, Bob helped us navigate the process of obtaining a green card. Bob was very patient and helpful. He was there for us all the time when we needed him and had always answers for our questions. After obtaining my green card, I kept Bob through the naturalization process, again he proved to be an invaluable source of help and advice. Now, as I become a naturalized proud US Citizen, I can only thank Bob from the bottom of my heart for all his help and support.
