myHRcounsel is a great fit for my small business. Not only are they affordable with a reasonable flat-fee per month, they provide immediate support for my HR and business needs. They've covered everything for me, including the drafting of our employee handbook, answering HR questions from a simple background check, to a termination, I could not recommend enough!

This is a terrible company - don't use them! I used them for two questions last year and they are charging every month and won't cancel even though I don't like their work and was told that there were NO contracts! They are extorting me and my company.

DO NOT work with myHRcounsel. I was told it was $99 a month, they charge me $129, the service is terrible, you have to email them then wait for a response and you have to LOG IN to see it (they don't just email it to you like other attorneys do) plus it's written in legal terms instead of just a simple answer. I don't like the service AND THEY WON"T LET ME OUT! For TWELVE months. I didn't even realize that I was in a contract - and cant find the paperwork. The PrimePay representative told me that there were NO contracts, I didn't know this was a separate company. The fact that I don't use them, don't like them and they will charge me over $1,548 for a service I don't use and I don't want is despicable. I am a very small business that needed HELP not being ripped off.
