Honestly Viorel Ureke is the best attorney I’ve ever had.He is very knowledgeable about all cultures and will handle cases from any country in the world. He really helped me with my spouse and daughter’s immigration cases that were so complex.He walked with me throughout the whole process and finally I have my family here in the US. Highly recommended. I engaged Viorel's services to apply for naturalization. He provided solid advice, and the process was far quicker and smoother (as he predicted) than I could have hoped for. Immigration: Successful H1B Visa Stamping with an arrest record (Disorderly Conduct): - I can write a lot about “Viorel” from the day I reached out to him he is prompt and replies to my emails almost always within one day. - As mentioned my case is complicated but he made a strategy on what documents I need to carry, how to prepare for my interview and DS-160. - On the day of my H1B interview I did good but the embassy gave me a 221G to submit my arrest documents. Viorel prepared a file expecting this so I submitted it promptly and it took 60 days for my Admin. Processing to clear but Viorel is with me during the process explaining the timelines and asking me to be patient. - Personal story: Due my arrest I am unable to travel to my home country as I’m so afraid I will never return back. It’s been 7 years since I left the country now I’m in India met my parents, got married and I’m a happy man now. All credit to Viorel as he helped me not only to face all my fears but also installed some courage in me to be a best version of myself. Always Grateful! Love from India.
