Very helpful and you can depend on them to take your case

I was referred to Klampe Law by a good friend of mine who works for a different law firm. In particular I was told to speak to Carole Pasternak. I will forever be grateful for That conversation and that particular friend. Carole was very up front, honest, professional, and all around amazing! I walked into Klampe Law a very frustrated, defeated, & lost father. Almost 9 months after initially sitting down with Carole I have my half legal & physical custody of my 2 year old daughter! I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to Carole as well as take my future issues to her. There’s no way I could repay Carole and her team for what she has done for me and my daughter. Caroles knowledge is truly unmatched! I walked into this whole situation with an idea in my head as to what I wanted for an outcome and Carole made it a reality! She kept me up to date every step of the way as well as broke everything down for me as so I could understand. She never led me astray and was never anything but honest. As long as Carole and her team are practicing you are doing yourself an injustice by not having them in your corner! Family Law I made an appointment for consult and felt very uncomfortable from the time the attorneys walked in the door. No personable skills, did not smile once when I greeted her, and waited for me to ask questions; No direction at all of where I was supposed to start. I have no legal background but I would have researched if I knew I would have felt degraded on how much I did not know about how the legal process works for a dissolution. Maybe others want someone like this as an attorney but I feel I would need to be comfortable sharing information before I would trust someone with assisting with such a huge life change.

Was told from the beginning that everything would be perfectly fine and that they would be definitely be able to help me with my case. Now after waiting for 7 months, my case was dropped and was told that they had no confidence in getting any compensation what so ever. Totally wasted my time by even signing the papers to retain them in the first place. Definitely should've went elsewhere.
