After moving to Minnesota from another state my husband and I needed someone to update our wills and trust and make any necessary changes to comply with both Minnesota regulations as well as our changing family situation. Jason is extremely capable and thorough and was able to do exactly what we wanted in a short period of time. We are very happy with the results and feel protected should anything happen to our family. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer to do any type of estate planning.

My husband and I worked with Mr. Wagner to set up wills and health care directives; I had a will that was 20 years old and my husband didn't have a will at all. Mr. Wagner was very thorough and explained how the wishes designated in our will would only apply if beneficiary designations on our life insurance conformed with those wishes. After reviewing our beneficiary designations, we changed them to match our wills. Very helpful information!!!
