My case was a high profile case and yes I sat alot of time and then COVID hit and I didn't see a very bright future ahead of me at the time! Ya my case might have went on for 4 years, but in the end it was worth it! Mike knows his stuff I will give him that! My outcome was more than satisfying considering I could have went to prison for a very long time. Instead I was patient, did what I was suppose to, and when I was time to go to sentencing he rensured me that I was going to get probation instead of prison. He will fight for you and he is a great attorney to deal with! Thanks much Mike, I appreciate your services very much! I would recommend him to anyone!

Counselor Schatz represented me during a time in my life, that I found my-self out of sorts & disconnected. Such is life for those of us who end up facing accusations and penalties. I realized I was going to need someone that knows the law and that is willing to step into unfamiliar territory with me. Mike was able to step into the courtroom and take up the seat right next to me. He allowed me to make monetary installments for his time. Mike is easy to work with, charismatic, and knowledgeable. I believe these are important strengths to possess when up against challenging odds. Several times Mike was able to set up video Court so that I did not have to lose an entire day of work. Most of the time I attended Court while on break. He and his team always informed me of any changes by sending me reminders along with up and coming court dates. He would also take the time to explain to me what was to be expected in the up and coming hearings. I was looking at some serious charges and he was able to work out a deal on my behalf. I had to make some sacrifices and cut some things out in order to higher myself a defense lawyer. Looking back, I wouldn't do it any other way.! All in all I was happy with the results and walked with one year non-supervised probation and some court fees.. Thanks Mike
