Don't even hesitate, just go with Martin and Wagner. If you're at all in need of this category of Attorney it is absolutely a no brainer.

It was a terribleexperience, hurt my case and I fired the lawyer that represented me. My case was dismissed with in a week after I hired a new lawyer . I would never recommend using him to anyone.

I have been using this firm (Ethne) for my divorce, which started years ago. The issues started at the beginning, but I stayed with this firm only because they had case knowledge and each time I thought things would get resolved and I would be done with them. At the beginning, she never informed me of consequences to how the decree was written, which led to me giving up 50% physical custody. It is nearly impossible to get that back. I have spent the last several years trying to get a better deal through mediation, which they were never prepared for, I had to essentially do all the preparation and all the talking in the mediation, while they collect fees to do literally nothing. When an agreement was not made and we needed to file a petition, they decided to cancel my matter and close my case - sending me recommendations for other lawyers. When I went to pick up my file, all that was in it was the original decree and stipulations from the mediation. There were no notes, emails, nothing else. If you care for your children and their future well-being, I would steer well clear of this place.

I went through Martin & Wagner for a child support and parenting time modification case. Becky represented me and was amazing! She was able to break down the legal jargon and gave me each scenario that was going to happen. She even knew the games that the father played while representing me.If you're looking for an honest attorney that fights for you, look no further! I would go through them again if needed!

Becky Martin is terrible to deal with. Not a nice person and a poor attorney.
