I had a tax situation which I tried to find help in resolving. I was in debt of $84,000 to the IRS. I found many companies who took a retainer and did absolutely nothing for me except take my money. I tried other supposed reputable sources who again were useless. They, at first recommended I try to resolve the situation myself since I had some knowledge and that they didn't want to take my money unless I absolutely felt that I wanted their help. They spent a lot of time answering my questions so I decided to let them help me. All through the process, they were patient, professional and knowledgeable answering my concerns about the process. Mr. Wildes helped me with a tax issue, and I am damn glad i contacted him. My story is not a long one, but I hope you will read it. I had a tax issue that had haunted me for a few years. I had not paid enough in Federal taxes concerning a 401K disbursement I had taken, as I had been laid off from my job. I unwisely let the issue simmer for a few years, for personal reasons that do not make a lot of sense. I began trying to address the issue myself early in the summer of 2022. My phone calls to the IRS would be terminated automatically "due to high call volume," and frustrations began to mount. I attempted to find answers to my questions by reading on the IRS website, and only became more confused. Now, I have graduated from law school and like to think I can find answers to issues. I had learned of back tax owed after my divorce. Dealing with the IRS on your own is a daunting experience, in many ways. Call volume is so high that often when calling at 9 AM, after wading through the automated system, a message will tell you that your call cannot be addressed in the next 8-10 business hours and you must call back. After two months of calling, reading online IRS FAQ's, I had had enough. Matt did in days what i could not achieve in 45 days of trying. He did so compassionately, effectively, and discreetly.
