My uncle was being abused in a nursing home. Josh was honestly a gift. I can't imagine an attorney more skilled, effective or reasonable. He was always available. When I couldn't pay, he kept helping. He helped us in court. He helped fight him being dumped out by an assisted living. He won our medical assistance appeal. Josh was amazing to work with! If you need help, he is the only lawyer I'd call.

This attorney added access hours fulfill the the amount which I gave him upfront. I feel I was over charged. Beware when giving retainer.
