I was bewildered on what to do next after I got my DWI. I was inundated with mail solicitations from law firms. I briefly read through their literature and chose Ramsey Law Firm. I feel fortunate I made that choice. I liked that it was a flat fee, but I was also concerned that they would not work as hard on my case with that type of agreement. I got very lucky, they assigned lawyer Daniel Koewler to my case. Dan and his staff spent two years fighting for me against a system designed to impose maximum punishment for my poor choices. If anyone is contemplating using them, you are welcome to contact me for more details on my case and how it was handled. But I wouldn’t be hesitant to hire them, I highly recommend them.

The Ramsey Law firm is very kind and professional. They helped me get answers to my questions without ever making me feel like I was irritating them. Chuck Ramsey refuses to give me a 7000 $ refund and I want to help everyone avoid my disaster of a case. In one instance he never even showed up to the court hearing and I was left with no alternative to remove him from counsel and get a PD just to be represented that day. He continues to just spin me in circles. His website says he’s open 24/7 but when you go to the office nobody’s ever there it’s bone dry his they act like $7000 is not a lot of money at all like I can just wait forever. I’m just giving you a heads up. So be warned do not use this guy it’s been about seven months give or take and I haven’t seen a single dollar and I was promised this refund that long ago. Ramsey Results is not recommended by me so be warned he will take your money and leave the state. rn I was told he’s gone for a week out of state but have emails from his receptionist yesterday asking what time to get the check tomorrow. Which is today I just called his office and now he’s left the state 😑for a week 🤯

There are really not enough words to describe what an outstanding advocate Chuck Ramsay and his firm was to my case! I was charged with a 2nd degree DUI (out of state), which was scary enough but I was also expecting the birth my first child during this time and along with other factors such as possibly losing my job just made this all very stressful to deal with. After the incident, we started looking for a lawyer to represent my case. I had talked to a few firms about my situation when I was referred to Chuck Ramsay and I knew right then he was the one i wanted to represent me. After talking with him, he just provided me with a sense of calmness and reassurance during a really unsure stressful time. After only 6 months Chuck was able to get my second DUI dismissed completely. I can 100% guarantee you that Chuck and his firm will work hard on your case and keep you updated through the whole process. All you have to do is listen to his advice and do everything he asks you to do. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about. Integrity and professionalism are hard to come by these days, and Chuck multiplies that by 110%. Chuck Ramsay and his firm are the real deal people. I highly recommend this firm.
