I have worked with Kain & Scott for over 5 years. Every person in the company is friendly and very welcoming. They take the time to listen and advise you on the best path for you specific situation. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a bankruptcy attorney.

Since I first walked through the doors at the St. Cloud office, I felt a warm welcome and very much at ease. The entire staff was extremely respectful which was important to me given the circumstances of my visit. During the process leading up to the court date both Amanda Scharber and Samantha Googins were so amazing, words cannot describe. Any email I sent these ladies was answered within minutes and they ALWAYS were able to help with any problems or questions that I had. I can see why so many people have such great things to say about this law office. I would highly recommend Kain and Scott to anyone looking for a truly caring bankruptcy attorney!

My wife and I got in some financial difficulties and didnt know a way out. We called Kain & Scott and worked with the attorney Jake Peden. He was very helpful and walked us threw the whole process even when I was worried he made me feel at ease. Everyone I called at the office was also very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place if anyone I know ever needed to go bankrupt. 5 stars

While it was not an easy decision to file for Bankruptcy, once that decision was made, I entrusted Kain & Scott to help me through the process. Wesley Scott and Sonja Quaintance helped me navigate through everything. If you are considering filing for Bankruptcy, I would recommend both Wes and Sonja.
