I could not believe the situation my husband and I were in financially. My husband had 3 surgeries and was not able to return to work. We were broke, no grocery shopping for 2 months. Justin is a great lawyer and a wonderful person! He is vary understanding and friendly; He treats his clients like family. When you hire Justin he will give you his personal mobile phone number in which you can call/text and speak to him anytime whether day or night. If you ever get into a car accident, do NOT settle your case with your insurance company without consulting a personal injury lawyer. My insurance company tried to settle my case by offering a ridiculously low amount and I had no idea what to expect. We got into a bad car accident in October 2015 and wanted a lawyer who was local so we wouldn't have to travel two hours for a simple meeting. I called few lawyers in the St. Cloud area. Mr. Heller gave me a call back within 30 minutes and we had a phone conversation for 15 minutes. He gave me clear instructions on dealing with the situation, getting medical attention, working with insurance companies and taking time off work for recovery. The following week, we had an hour meeting with his paralegal, Julie Hennen, at his office and she gave detailed advice about the situation and answered all the questions that we had. Ever since, when I talked to my Insurance agent, I am very confident when communicating with them as I know my rights. We are very happy with the amount of attention we got with our case. When my ex went all sorts of crazy, Justin helped separate the junk from the truth. His defense was solid. I got what I needed for less than most attorneys I've used in the past.
