Mark worked personally on my case, he is very good and explaining the steps I needed to take, and gave me the reassurance I needed that everything was going to be alright. When I went to him my mind was racing and I had a million questions, but I left with answers, and a level head. He also has a flat fee on my case, so I don't have to worry about surprises in my bill.
