We hired Brian after another incompetent lawyer had us file bankruptcy unnecessarily. Brian bailed us out of an impossible situation. He is knowledgeable, exceptionally competent and justifiably well respected in the judicial system. He is an excellent choice and I highly recommend him.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Brian Kidwell as a attorney for Bankruptcy. Before I new about Brian I hired a different Lawyer from Rochester that charged way to much and did not do a good job at all. I started looking around for a different lawyer and found Brian through another law office that recommended him. Brian has been nothing but a lifesaver as he did a excellent job!
